Company history

In 1985 we purchased a studio flat in a new block in Lymington.  We let this through a property letting agent and ended up paying enormous sums in service charges and management fees.  In spite of this, we ended up buying a second property, a new semi detached house in a central location close to all the shops.  The developer was a personal friend, and we bought the property, the first on the development, at a knock down price.  We then placed the property with several letting agents and after nearly a year they still hadn't found a tenant.  We therefore fully understand the meaning of rental voids!  To address the problem, I put an advert in the local paper.  I found a tenant immediately and my business was born.  Nineteen years later I am older and wiser and now manage a portfolio of over 100 properties
